Wheeler suggests lower priority to unlicensed spectrum 

Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler on Monday sought to lower expectations of those who had hoped the agency would provide a major increase in the amount of unlicensed spectrum capacity. Wheeler said the FCC's hands are tied by Congress in limiting unlicensed allocations to Channel 37, the guard bands, and TV white spaces. Telecompetitor.com (3/25)
