4:00 – 6:00 p.m.               Opening Reception and Vendor Time

10:15 – 10:30 a.m.     Break

10:30 – 11:15 a.m.     Broadband Panel (to include NTCA/USTelecom/OH Legislator)

11:15 – 11:45            Getting ready for Grant Programs

11:45 – 2:00 p.m.       Lunch and Vendor Time
